Over the past 30 years, I’ve sat on every side of the table: founder, board member, and advisor. I’ve seen what builds alignment, what breaks it, and how great leaders find their footing when the pressure is on.

I work with executives, business owners, and boards to navigate defining moments—transitions, acquisitions, leadership shifts, and periods of rapid growth. My role isn’t to hand over answers; it’s to help teams see clearly, make confident decisions, and move forward with purpose.

Board Leadership

Strong board leadership shapes how an organization thinks, decides, and grows. It’s where strategy meets accountability—and where clarity of direction matters most.

I’ve served on nine boards across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, holding roles including Board Chair, Nominating & Governance Chair, Audit & Finance Chair, and Compensation Committee Member. I’ve helped boards strengthen governance, navigate leadership transitions, and guide high-stakes strategic pivots.

One of the most defining experiences was helping take a company public—serving on the Strategic Advisory Committee that led the organization through its IPO, a critical milestone for both management and investors. Experiences like this have shown me how the best boards blend oversight with foresight, balancing discipline with trust.

I understand the dynamics that make boards effective—and the challenges that hold them back. I’m open to future board opportunities where my experience can help drive strategy, shape governance, and create lasting impact.
